DMT assembly cells combine paced production control, plant efficiency, operator ergonomics,
and turnkey production line equipment integration.

DMT paced production assembly cells are independently controlled, variable speed production
lines equipped with easy interface controls. This allows the line supervisor to control the pace
of the manufacturing line at all times, therefore maximizing production.

DMT assembly cells are designed to meet your production control needs and clearly define your
production envelopes. The assembly tables and conveyor have a modular design which allows for the
greatest flexibility of cell layouts. The assembly pallets, which attach to the conveyor and progress
around the assembly line, may be designed for a new product or may be reverse engineered using
existing pallets in an assembly process.
